If the structure is dilapidated and your structural audit indicates redevelopment to be the most suitable option, then it is best not to delay the process because your building will continue to deteriorate and become unsafe.
Safety and Basic Needs Upliftment
In addition to an adverse structural audit report, you may be facing a lot of issues with the safety of your building. Your building may also lack certain basic necessities that a new building can easily provide.
