As our society has more commercial units than flats, issues were very complex but now we are very satisfied by the service rendered by this PMC. Right now we are in the stage of DM agreement. The honesty of the representative in the guiding committee at every stage is worth appreciating as a lot of members are confused about ongoing malpractice in the redevelopment process but with a cool head finding ways out to reach the goal.
